From April of 1993 through June of 2004, Paul was a Lead Inspector for “National Home Inspections”, a multi-inspector Home Inspection Company located in Macon, Georgia. During this time he did over 1,000 Ancillary Inspections relating to the home.From June of 1987 through April of 1993, Paul was the owner/partner, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of “Serv-All Construction”. During this time he performed new home construction, additions, and remodeling. He also did historic home renovations and preservation.
Paul has many professional qualifications and is the author of more than 20 locally published articles on The Home & Home Inspections!

Ken Prouty, Associate Inspector – Certified Inspections, PC
Ken is a retired police officer (34 years) from Maumee, Ohio, located near Toledo.
Ken completed Carson Dunlop’s 540 hour Home Inspection Training program, through a local community college, in April 2015.
He relocated to Crossville/Fairfield Glade, Tennessee in May of 2015 and after passing the National Home Inspectors Examination and completing all other prerequisites required by the state, obtained his Tennessee Home Inspector License in July 2015, license #1335.
Ken started working with Certified Inspections in June of 2015. At that time Ken entered a training & mentoring program with Paul. He attended home inspections with Paul, learning the methods and details of performing a thorough and professional Home Inspection.
Ken has completed the required training and is now an Associate Inspector at Certified Inspections. Ken has been performing solo inspections since September of 2015. He is currently an associate member of ASHI working toward his ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Certification.
