Mr. Perry arrived promptly and thoroughly examined the exterior, grounds & decks,roofing & attic, heating & cooling, interior & basement, kitchen& laundry areas, bathrooms, plumbing & electric, structural & crawl spaces and spent several hours on the inspection. His report that we received the next day by email was approximately 11 pages long with 3 pages of color photos. We had several follow-up questions about his findings and he responded with full explanations. He offered to be available should we have further questions about his report.

This was a very complete inspection. The gentleman was thorough, took his time and gave a very detailed report. I couldn’t ask for better service. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
